Live Arrival Guarantee

Dead On Arrival(DOA) is very rare.  I must be notified of dead animals with photos and/or video proofs within one hour of delivery. I may ask the customer to ship the deceased animal back for further examination.  A full refund will be issued minus the shipping cost. It may take 48-72 hours for the refund to happen. 

By making a payment, the customer agrees to have someone home to receive the animal at FedEx's first try of delivery. Alternatively, I can ship the animal to the FedEx hub for the customer to pick up within two hours of its arrival. 

Returns

Once an animal is out of my care I will not responsible for its health. If a customer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, please contact me within 7 days for a return or exchange. I must receive the animal before any refunds/exchanges. 

Local Pick Ups

Please contact me for local pick-ups. CEC is located in Kernersville, NC. The pick-up location would be the Walmart supercenter on Main Street and by appointment only.
