This listing is for TWO 35W halogen shipped. 
The heavy-duty bulb has a longer life than regular incandescent light and it distributes more heat downwards.  The 35 would be suitable if you have a higher room temperature. We recommend a thermostat or lamp dimmer hook up to the bulb to fine-tune the temperature.
